1. Application

These terms apply to all quotations, agreements and services of TurNet IT (BE 0000.000.000).

2. Services

TurNet IT provides websites, webshops, apps, hosting, domain names, maintenance, IT support, training and software, as described in the quotation or chosen package.

3. Prices and payment

Subscriptions are invoiced in advance per month or per year. After any promotional period, the subscription renews at the normal rate.

4. Money-back guarantee

Within 30 days of the start of a hosting package you can cancel and receive the amount paid back. Domain registration costs are not included.

5. Cancellation

Subscriptions can be cancelled subject to the agreed notice period.
